All focusable Infinity instruments and/or lenses are internally-focused with our patented Afocal Variation System (AVS™) technology. The Model KC™ and InfiniMax™ utilize a variant of AVS we call InFocus™. The Proximity line of video lenses employ another type of AVS called the Dynamic Focusing System (DFS™).
